Established in Nihonbashi, Tokyo in 2014
We have established our company in order to contribute to the improvement of our customers’ sustainability by developing our own IoT and DX solutions that best match the needs of small and medium-sized manufacturing companies.
Our corporate policy is to contribute to the “Digital Transformation (DX) of small and midsize manufacturers” by providing the market with systems that can be easily implemented and lead to immediate profits by effectively utilizing our customers’ existing assets.

What are alfaTKG's organizational activities?
Our organizational activities are based on an integrated system of "in-house development" and "direct sales and direct support".
Our three directors share the roles of the sales engineering division, development division, and headquarters division, and provide all development and sales support in-house to fulfill our “responsibility as a community of destiny with our customers.
The company’s 70 employees in Japan and overseas are engaged in the organizational activities of “in-house original development,” “direct sales, and direct support.
We also have extremely strong relationships with the Indian Institute of Technology and Stanford University in the United States.
A growing company with many young employees (average age 34)
The Sheet Metal IoT/DX Demonstration Processing Center in Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture, also provides “high-level support services” linked to the development department.

Our “Director and Chief Technology Officer”, Dana Pandiperiasamy, is a Doctor of Engineering graduate from the Indian Institute of Science, one of the most difficult universities in India.
He has been with Amada for 25 years and served as President of Amada Soft India, and is a “very rare and valuable veteran engineer” with expertise in manufacturing software.
Dana Pandiperiasamy also has contacts in Los Angeles, France, Germany, and other countries for development technology, and has a close exchange of technical information with researchers at Bosch Germany.

Our founder, President and Representative Director (Toshio Takagi), was born in Nagano City, Japan. After graduating from the National Electro-Communication University, he worked for Amada Co.
Since joining Amada, he has consistently worked in the field of Amada’s direct sales, serving as CEO of Amada America Inc. headquarters, CEO of Amada Europe headquarters, General Manager of Amada’s Overseas Business Division, and Senior Managing Director of Amada, before leaving Amada after more than 30 years of service and founding our company, alfaTKG Corporation, in 2014.
What he learned from customers all over the world through his life in the international community has become the foundation of alfaTKG today.
