Nihonbashi RPA Studio Features
(1) Individual presentation: by appointment only
1-1. We will propose "solutions" and "cost-effectiveness" based on the customer's current situation and issues. (Proposal by operating actual software)
1-2. We will receive "drawings" and "work instructions" from the customer in advance and prepare a demonstration based on them.
1-3. We will ask about the customer's current situation, issues, and requests in advance.
(2) Regular seminars (management seminars): Reservations required
2-1. "Case Study Groups" will be held regularly with a capacity of approximately 10 people.

Introduction of Atsugi Site
The Atsugi Site is a facility focused on the digital transformation (DX) of the small and medium-sized manufacturing industry based on the concept of the NNF (New Normal Factory).
In addition to the software solutions developed and sold by alfaTKG, the center is equipped with state-of-the-art cooperative welding robots, 3D measuring machines, seven 3D printers, and other attractive hardware that will drive sheet metal innovation, and consists of "five zones" where the synergy effect between software and hardware can be demonstrated. The exhibition consists of "5 zones" to demonstrate the synergy effect of software and hardware.
Zone 1: New Product Proposals
Demonstration and proposal of new products that realize the new normal factory
Proposal of new third-generation products such as alfaDOCK (drawing management), alfaCAD (3D CAD), and alfaERP (production management), which are our main products.
ZONE2: 3D printer workshop
Demonstration proposal of bending die manufacturing by 3D printer, contract manufacturing by 3D printer.
ZONE3: Welding DX
Demonstration of human-robot cooperative welding using welding jigs manufactured with a 3D printer.
ZONE4: Inspection DX
Demonstration of collaboration between Inspection DX software and CMM.
ZONE 5: Engineering DX
Demonstration of collaboration between a group of specialists and artificial intelligence, with engineering staff onsite
We provide "verification processing" in which we receive feedback from our customers and work together with them to solve their problems.
We will verify the results of our solutions with customers, receive customer requests, and advance the evolution of our solutions.

alfaTKG was founded in March 2014 as a venture company of "Manufacturing IoT System".
Our mission is to contribute to the digital transformation of the small and medium-sized manufacturing industry by leveraging the experience and professional background of our CEO, Toshio Takagi, and all of our employees, who are familiar with the small and medium-sized manufacturing industry and have explored the technology in the software and control industry, as well as our network of familiarity with the international community. We have been established in Chennai, India, since its foundation.
Since its establishment, the Company has established a development base in Chennai, India, and has conducted joint industry-academia development with the Indian Institute of Technology and other prominent Indian universities.
Thanks to the support of our customers, we have expanded our product lineup and announced the next generation of alfaDOCK products.
We will provide detailed information on our new products at our Atsugi Plant, which opened in Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture in March 2021.
