alfaTKG was founded in March 2014 as a venture company of “Manufacturing IoT System”.
Our mission was to contribute to the digital transformation of small and mid-size manufacturing industries by leveraging the experience and professional background of all of our employees, including Toshio Takagi, the CEO, who is well versed in the software and control industry, as well as his network of expertise in the international community, while exploiting his experience in technology in the software and control industry Since its establishment, the company has been located in Chennai, India.
Since its establishment, alfaDOCK has established a development base in Chennai, India, and has conducted joint industry-academia development with the Indian Institute of Technology and other prominent Indian universities.
Thanks to the support of our customers, we have expanded our product lineup and announced the next generation of alfaDOCK products.
We will provide detailed information on the new products at the “Sheet Metal IoT-DX Demonstration Processing Center” at our Atsugi Plant, which opened in Atsumizu City, Kanagawa Prefecture in March 2021.

In addition to the software solutions developed and sold by alfaTKG, the center is equipped with attractive hardware that drives sheet metal innovation, such as state-of-the-art cooperative welding robots and seven 3D measuring machines and 3D printers, and consists of “five zones” where the synergy effect between software and hardware can be demonstrated.
