Automatic welding

  • Equipped with a manual/automatic switching switch.

  • Setup and dry-run checks can be performed with the light-shielding door open.

  • During automatic welding, the light-shielding door remains closed, and start/stop operations are controlled from the switch box.

  • If the light-shielding door is opened during processing, the laser beam stops immediately.

  • Opening the welding partition door during automatic welding does not interrupt processing.

  • Pressing the emergency stop button halts both the robot and the laser beam.

  • Manual/automatic switching is set to manual.

  • Operation is performed with the light-shielding door open.

  • If the welding partition door is opened during work, the laser beam stops immediately.
